Our mission

At Heartbeat Medical, we build a platform that enables healthcare providers to collect and analyze patients’ pre- and post-treatment input, empowering them to improve care based on the most important data point there is — each individual’s health-related quality of life.
Our product, heartbeat OS, is developed in close collaboration with medical professionals to serve the needs of multiple user groups:

Patients: surveys and recommendations;
Clinicians: task management and analytics tools;
Administrative personnel at hospitals and insurance companies: reporting and data visualization features;
Internal teams: set up and maintain customers and their care pathways on our platform

…all within a fully GDPR-compliant infrastructure.
